Our focus at Cobaltic Resources Inc. is to acquire and develop high quality cobalt assets to fulfill requirements of the worldwide market for energy metals. This global market is driven by the surging demand for cobalt used in the rechargeable battery and energy storage market. Cobaltic’s objective is to grow our business with our key strategic partners by acquiring a portfolio of strategic property assets in battery related metals projects.

Each member of Cobaltic’s experienced team has over 20 years developing exploration and mining companies in the resource sector in conjunction with working in the capital markets. This experience includes a cobalt sector focus – recognizing the essential importance of global security of supply of cobalt for the manufacture of lithium-ion batteries worldwide used primarily in electric vehicles and energy storage.

John D. Anderson

Chairman and CEO

John brings a wealth of capital markets experience with over past 25 years founding and managing numerous resource companies and successfully raising over $750 million in equity for both public and private companies. He has been directly responsible for numerous IPO’s and listings on the TSX, NYSE, NASDAQ and London AIM and Swiss Stock Exchange. His specialty is identifying undervalued opportunities and investing capital into these initiatives, and driving marketing and sales with a strong focus on corporate development. Currently he is the chairman of Triumph Gold and CEO of Parallel Mining Corp. He is also a partner of Aquastone Capital Advisors LP, and a director of American Eagle Energy, FluidOil Corp, and Orofino Minerals Inc.

Cyril Kluxen

Vice President

After his debut in the consulting sector, Cyril founded a financial services company, which specialized in Sovereign Debt Swaps, and acted as an intermediary in the debt conversion process, advising governments and investors to realize FDIs. He was active for many years in both the financial sector and entrepreneurship, specializing in venture funding in the commodity sector and infrastructure projects in Africa and the Middle East. Currently Cyril is also the Managing Director of a Dubai based precious metals trading company, providing hedging and physical supply services. As a German national, with an education in Finance and Accounting, Cyril is currently located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Paul Cowley

P.Geo – Director, Exploration

For the past 30+ years Paul has held technical and managerial positions exploring for industrial minerals, base metals, gold, diamonds, and coal worldwide. He has extensive experience in major company settings based in Canada and South America with BHP Minerals. Projects include the Escondida world-class copper mine in Chile, Country Manager for Bolivia, and the Ekati diamond mine and the Slave gold project in the Canadian arctic. He also has extensive involvement in junior mining companies at the President/CEO, VP Exploration, consultant and directorship levels. Paul has experience in permitting projects from exploration to putting mines into production. He is a Professional Geologist, P.Geo. through APEGBC.

Corey Nolan

BCom, MS – Director, Management

With more than 25 years’ experience as a company director, and accomplished executive in advisory, commercial and business development roles, Corey has significant experience working in the mineral resources, and energy sectors. Current positions include CEO of Sayona Mining; Director and Audit Committee Chairman, Elementos Ltd; and Director, Leyshon Resources Ltd. Past positions include Managing Director, Leyshon Resources Ltd and Elementos Ltd; Business Development Manager, Aviva Corporation Ltd; Associate Director, Corporate Finance, Ord Minnett; Director, PwC Corporate Advisory; and Resource Equities Research Analyst, Morgan Stanley. He has a Bachelor of Commerce and Master of Mineral & Energy Economics, and is a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Gregory L. LeClaire

BS Mining Eng. – Director, Mining Operations

Greg is a mining executive and contractor with outstanding operations, engineering, and technical support results. He’s an experienced engineer and project superintendent with a background in underground mining in both cut and fill mine, and room and pillar mines. Currently he is President, Big Sky Consulting and Development Officer of Montana Tech Foundation. Past positions include General Manager, Maxam US, LLC; Business Development Manager at Clariant Mining Services; Sales & Marketing Manager, Davey Bickford; and Industry Manager/Metals, Dyno Nobel Americas. He has a BS, Mining Engineering, and is a Member, Society of Mining Engineers.

Martin J. Price

Director, Operations

Martin has over 25 years experience in mining, including mine project operations; management of exploration, contractors, construction and development; compliance and regulation as well as maintenance; and mine operation engineering. Past positions include: Vice President of Operations and Development, Russell Mining and Minerals, Inc; President and CEO of Florida Canyon and Standard Mining; Western Region Technical Services Manager, Cannon Industries; Mine Maintenance Superintendent, Getchell Gold; and Maintenance Supervisor, ASARCO, Sweetwater Mine. He is an MSHA Certified Surface, Underground, Mine RESCUE Trainer, and First Aid Instructor and Equipment Trainer.
